We’d like to congratulate our colleague Mikayla Hawgood on her well-earned promotion to Customer Care Supervisor.
Since joining the Johnston Logistics UK in 2016, Mikayla has been a great asset to our customer service team, where she directly supports many of our valued clients, including Quorn, 2 Sisters Food Group and EposNow.
Very capable and efficient, Mikayla is highly respected by clients and colleagues alike. She has earned a reputation for always ensuring our clients’ needs are met on time and to a high standard. In particular, Mikayla has been very open to change; embracing new developments, suggesting improvements and helping others to adapt. In our fast-moving environment – with the impacts of Brexit and Covid-19 – this has been very much appreciated.
These qualities and others make Mikayla the ideal person to help supervise and lead our customer service team.
In her new role, Mikayla will take responsibility for our customer care team – supporting her colleagues, ensuring clients’ needs are appropriately prioritised and taking a lead on new challenges as they arise. And of course, she’ll help us seek to continually develop and improve our processes.
Outside work, Mikayla is a keen trampoliner and an accomplished coach within the sport. Four of the girls she coaches are currently ranked within the UK top ten!
