Storage of Abnormal & Non-Standard Goods
As well as palletised storage, our 130-acre site provides space and facilities for handling and storing abnormally large, heavy or unusual items. This includes large hard standing areas and access for heavy lifting equipment.
With 13 ambient warehouses ranging from 5,000 to 116,000 sq ft, we can provide rental opportunities, subject to availability.
Alternatively, we can also design and build the perfect bespoke warehouse you need on our pre-designated development land.
Our site boasts a private rail siding which runs off the Norwich-Cambridge mainline at Eccles Road. This can be used to create dedicated access to the nearby eastern UK ports and the entire UK rail network.
